The Mississippi 811 Web Portal is intended for the use of contractors and utility companies. If you are an individual or resident needing to submit a locate request, please do not sign up for a Portal account, instead click HERE, then select Homeowner/Individual.

Registration is not required to view, print, or check locate response status information. Simply click the “Find Tickets” link located in the upper left corner of this page, enter the ticket number, and select “Search”.
